Shipping Areas

We currently ship to the following regions:

  • Europe (Belgium, France, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland)

  • Canada

  • United Kingdom

Shipping Fees

  • Free Shipping is available for the regions listed above.

  • Shipping costs are already included in the product price.

Shipping Method & Delivery Time

  • We primarily ship via FedEx International Priority.
    In some cases, FedEx International Connect Plus may be used.
    For large or oversized packages, FedEx International Economy may be used when necessary.

  • Delivery usually takes around 3–7 business days.
    In practice, most shipments arrive closer to the longer end of this range.
    For large or oversized packages shipped via Economy service, delivery may take up to approximately two weeks.
    Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance or transportation conditions.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

  • Customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and any related fees charged by the destination country
    (including customs handling or storage fees, if applicable)
    may be charged upon import.
    These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price.
    Please check your local regulations for details.

    If these charges are not paid and the shipment is refused,
    the item will be disposed of by customs authorities.
    In such cases, returns and refunds are not possible.

    Please note that we do not accept returns for items that are refused at customs
      and destroyed or disposed of by customs authorities.
      In such cases, the product price will not be refunded.

    However, if the item has been successfully delivered and received by the buyer,
    returns may be accepted upon request.
    In such cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
