International Packing Service from Japan

International shipping requires careful handling, especially for fragile bonsai pots, wooden display stands, and suiban water trays.

I personally pack each item by hand in Japan, with packing methods adjusted individually according to the shape, condition, fragility, and weight of the piece.

In addition to handling my own items, I also accept independent packing and international shipping requests for bonsai pottery, wooden stands, and suiban from private collectors and businesses in Japan.

While every effort is made to pack items securely, recycled cardboard boxes may sometimes be used after carefully confirming their strength and condition.

Shipping costs are charged at the actual carrier rate.

In the unlikely event of damage during transportation, claims will be handled through the shipping carrier’s insurance process.

I do not engage in pushy sales practices.
If you are looking for careful international packing and shipping support from Japan, please feel free to contact me.

As this is a small independently operated business in Japan, I handle each request carefully and respectfully. As I personally handle each request, I may prioritize referrals and existing customers depending on workload and scheduling.
