Shipping policy

Our shop is based in Hamamatsu, Shizuoka, Japan, and we ship items directly from Japan to customers around the world.

Please kindly note that when your order arrives in your country, your local customs authority may charge import duties, VAT / consumption tax, or other handling fees. These charges are determined solely by the customs regulations of the destination country, and they are, unfortunately, completely outside of our control as the seller.

We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, but if such charges apply, they are the responsibility of the customer (consignee) upon delivery. As the amount varies by country and by the value of the item, we are unable to state an exact figure in advance.
